SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy explains how Carpenters Creations operates its shipping procedures and how we strive to meet your expectations with every order.  Whether you're a first time buyer or a returning customer, we want to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory, right from placing your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

Please read this shipping policy together with our terms and conditions to familiarize yourself with the rest of our general guidelines.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit the needs of our customers.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following shipping methods to suit the needs of our customers:
1. Standard Shipping
2. Expedited Shipping

WE strive for a swift preparation process and orders are typically processed and dispatched withing 2 to 5 business days depending on the orders size, required customization and availability of products on hand. We will do our best to ensure that customers can receive their items promptly.

In certain situations, we may collaborate with a third-party supplier who might handle our larger orders and take charge of shipping.

IN STORE/CURBSIDE PICK UP

We Offer a convenient local pickup option for those who prefer to collect their orders in person.  It is designed to provide a fast and efficient way for local customers to receive their products without waiting for delivery.

Orders are typically ready within 2 business days.  They can be available same day ONLY if the product is on hand readily available.  Please make sure you wait for the confirmation email before coming to the address for pick up.  

Pick u p hours are as follows:  Mondays to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm.  Special pick ups may be worked out with Carpenters Creations.

On arrival at the pick up location, customers are required to bring their order confirmation and a valid piece of government issued ID for verification.  This process ensures that orders are safely and accurately handed over to the right person.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We recognize the global nature of online shipping and are fully committed to accommodating the needs of our international customers.  We proudly offer shipping services to customers around the globe.  

You will be required to pay for the customs taxes or duties that your country may impose on your packages originating outside your country.  These fees will be calculated during check out. ANY FEES outside of this are ones that are incurred from your country of origin and are not apart of the order process.  

Please not that the free shipping and flat rate shipping offers are not applicable for international orders.

DELAYED ORDERS

Unexpected delays can occur due to various reasons such as logistic challenges, inclement weather, high demand or carrier issues.  We are committed to handling these situations with transparency and efficiency.  In the event of a delay, our priority is to keep you informed.  We will promptly notify you with updates on the status of your order and the expected new delivery time. Our goal is to provide clear and accurate information so you can plan accordingly.

TRACKING ORDERS

We have a comprehensive order tracking system to keep you informed every step of the way.

You will receive a tracking number and the shipping providers name once your order is shipped.  This number can be used on the carriers website to view real time updates on the location and status of you shipment.

We will require either a signature upon delivery of orders or a photo of the package dropped at your delivery address from the courier. This is to ensure the safe and secure receipt of your package.
